Alaskan Pipeline Construction
House Roll Call Vote 301
Issues: Dirty Energy, Lands/Forests, Wildlife

The Alaska Pipeline bill (H.R. 9130) to amend Section 28 of the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920. The vote is on the Dingell amendment to protect national parks, refuges, and wilderness areas from being opened to pipeline construction.
